King Charles was all smiles today as he seemed to brush off the latest claims made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the second part of their Netflix documentary.
The monarch visited London's Community Kitchen facilities in Harrow, northwest of the capital.
He was pictured smiling while having a cup of tea and speaking with volunteers and members of staff.
London's Community Kitchen was founded in 2014 and has become an important part of the community in and across suburban London, with its model now acting as the HQ hub for 21 boroughs.
Working with the most vulnerable communities across London, it is supported by a network of volunteers.
It distributes up to 60 tonnes of surplus food to local communities serving over 10,000 people every week from its hub in Harrow.
The visit came just hours the second part of Harry and Meghan's documentary aired on Netflix, with the Sussexes making new claims about their life as part of the Royal Family.
While the couple recalled how the King helped them choose the orchestra for their wedding and comforted Meghan with his "charming" presence, Harry claimed his father told lies during a family meeting to discuss his and his wife's future roles before they announced they would step down as senior royals.
The Duchess of Sussex accused the King of saying things that "simply weren't true" while the late Queen "sat there and took it all in" at now infamous "Sandringham Summit".
Harry said he was given five options and chose the "half in, half out" one, which meant the couple would have their own jobs but also work in support of the Queen.
"It became very clear very quickly that goal was not up for discussion or debate," he explained.
"It was terrifying to have my brother scream and shout at me and my father say things that just simply weren't true. And my grandmother, you know, quietly sit there and take it all in.
"But you have to understand that, from the family's perspective, especially from hers, there are ways of doing things and her ultimate, sort of, mission, goal/responsibility is the institution."
In the series, Harry also claimed it was his decision to step back as a working royal - not Meghan's.
In the fifth episode, Harry said: "I've seen little cartoons of me on all fours and her holding a dog lead, and me wearing the dog collar. How predictable that you know the woman is to be blamed for the decision of a couple.
"In fact, it was my decision. She never asked to leave. I was the one that had to see it for myself. But it's misogyny at its best."
Meghan said: "I mean, it took what felt like everything from me – your sense of self, your confidence. And the truth didn't matter, and the clickbait did."
Both King Charles and Prince William have refused to hit back at explosive claims made by Harry and Meghan.
Despite the claims being made against them, it's been business as usual for the royals with several key engagements today.
The King met ambassadors from Kazakhstan and Italy at Buckingham Palace this morning, while Prince William and wife Kate's social media accounts promoted her carol concert Together at Christmas, which is set to take place at Westminster Abbey this evening.
