The family of a Liverpool fan who died in a road crash in Cumbria have paid tribute to him.
David Steven Ware, 55, was on a motorbike which was involved in a crash on the A6 near Shap on April 3. Mr Ware, from Lancashire, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said a second motorcyclist, described as a man in his 50s from the Lancashire area, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was said to be in a stable condition.

The emergency services were called out to Edge Brow junction on Sunday afternoon following reports of a crash involving two motorbikes and a grey Peugeot 2008. Cumbria Police have since launched a full investigation.
Mr Ware, of Willow Drive, Charnock Richard, was described by his family as a 'loved and respected' man. They said the LFC fan had a 'passion and enthusiasm for everything he did in life'.
In a tribute released through Cumbria Police they said: "Dave was a kind and loving family man with a larger than life personality. He was loved and respected by all that knew him.
“He had a passion and enthusiasm for everything he did in life and he will be greatly missed. We would like to thank the police, the paramedics and the air ambulance for all of their effort and support."
Cumbria Police launched an appeal for witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage to come forward following the fatal collision.
In a statement released earlier this week, a spokesperson said: "The collision occurred on the A6 at the Edge Brow junction and involved a grey Peugeot 2008 and two motorcycles. One of the motorcyclists – a man in his 50s from the Lancashire area – was declared dead at the scene.
"The second motorcyclist – also in his 50s and from the Lancashire area – was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains in hospital this morning, in a stable condition. Officers investigating the collision are urging anyone who saw what occurred – or the moments leading up to it – to get in touch.
"They would particularly like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage which may assist them with their investigation."
