Kimberley Walsh marked her son's first birthday by sharing a selection of unseen snaps from when she was in labour, just moments before being induced.
The singer, 40, appeared in a sentimental mood as she reflected on Nate's birth as she took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself showing her baby bump in chic olive green pyjamas, taken moments before being induced.
The following pictures were of the star donning a hospital gown, another of her in a hospital bed, and then one of her and husband Justin Scott swooning over their newborn son – one year ago today.
Taking to the caption, Kimberley penned: "1 year ago I was preparing to go in to hospital and be induced with my little Nate (due to some complications with antibodies in my blood) and it feels like I blinked and he’s already a year old.
"I don’t know why but their first birthday is always an emotional one for me.
"He’s still very much a baby but it’s definitely a milestone."
She concluded: "Can’t wait to see his little face tomorrow when the Happy Birthday song he loves so much is actually for him."
Fans were totally enamoured by Kimberley's stunning display despite being in labour.
Many took to the comments section to gush over Kimberley's glow, while others wished her baby boy a happy birthday.
"How you can look that beautiful before and after birth," swooned one of her followers.
Another noted: "I can’t believe it’s been a year. Happy birthday little man!!!"
While a third penned: "I'm glad I'm not the only mumma that gets super emotional on a 1st birthday. Time just seems to go so quickly. Hope he has a lovely birthday."
Kimberley gave birth to Nate on May 28, 2021 in the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in West London.
A month after she and her husband welcomed their son, they revealed his name.
Kimberley and Justin are also parents to seven-year-old Bobby and five-year-old Cole.

Speaking to OK! Magazine shortly after welcoming her third son, she opened up about naming him.
She said: "I’ve always liked the name.
"There was a Nate in Boyz II Men and I’ve known a few people in the industry with the name and it’s quite American-sounding, and so is Cole, so I felt like they went well together."
"I’ve also watched a few American series recently with characters called Nate, like How To Get Away With Murder, and the name felt right when I heard it."
Kimberley married her long-term partner Justin Scott, former member of the British boy band Triple 8, in January 2016.
