Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still living together despite their recent divorce filing.
The Real Housewives of New York City star is still living with the former NFL star, who she married back in 2011 and has four kids - Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia - with, despite filing for a divorce earlier this week.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that their separation date to officially be April 30th but the documents prove that the former couple both continue to live in their Georgia mansion with their kids.
The documents state that the Kim felt that their decade long relationship had been "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."
Kim is also asking for primary physical custody and joint legal custody of the couple's children, as well as spousal support.
Amid their divorce news, the couple have found themselves in the middle of recent financial struggles, including their $1.1million debt to the IRS in taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.
The couple also owe the state of Georgia $150,000 in unpaid taxes from 2018.
Kim's former co-star Bethenny Frankel let rip into the couple despite their current struggles and demanded they "pay your f***ing bills" in a scathing TikTok rant.
“He’s on a football salary, she’s on a Housewives salary, and they’re spending like the f***ing planes going down,” she said in the clip. “And the thing is, you can’t spend more than you make," she fumed.
“It’s the old Housewives model to get on the show, make no money — spend, spend, logo, logo, car, car, house, house, bankruptcy, foreclosure – because you can’t f***ing keep up your writing checks you can’t cash – and it’s gross.
“And I heard Kim and Kroy owe a million dollars each, and it’s like, ‘Good – pay the IRS!’ You gotta f–king pay – you wanna play, you gotta f***ing pay," Bethenny continued.
