Kim Kardashian has branded Kourtney Kardashian the "worst" sister as the pair's feud seems to have heated up.
The 42-year-old SKIMS founder appeared to lash out at her older sister in the latest episode of their hit Hulu show The Kardashians as she headed to the DMV to update her driver's license.
Kim was accompanied by a full glam squad and lighting crew for what she described as "the most important photo" of her life.
In the episode, Kim said: "I really just want it to look good, like why not bring a light and glam team? It's definitely crazy, but I don’t care."
The photographer managed to get the perfect picture in two shots, with Kim saying "we trust our instincts".
As she left the DMV, Kim continued: "First is the worst, second is the best. That's why I'm the second child."
The comment seems to be a brutal dig at Kourtney, as the POOSH founder is the firstborn of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Elsewhere in the episode, Kourtney said Kim was the leader of a "cult", after their momager Kris Jenner gushed over Kim at the star's 42nd birthday party.
Paying tribute to her daughter, Kris said: "We all look up to you. You're a superpower. And you are pretty much now, at this point, the leader of our family."
However, the sentiment didn't seem to sit well with Kourtney who gave a very pointed glance to her husband Travis Barker, as if trying to communicate her annoyance.
In a confessional, Kourtney was asked by producers if she saw Kim as the leader of their famous family.
She smiled and replied: "I mean if she wants to be, you know. It's not a cult that I'm following."
Kourtney and Kim have reportedly been feuding for months, with the drama exploding after Kim's Dolce and Gabbana show last year.
The Lemme founder accused her sister of using her wedding to Travis Barker, which was sponsored by the brand, as a "business opportunity" and exploiting the special day.
