Kim Kardashian has come under the spotlight of her concerned fans as they speculate after new photos of her in London and on Instagram from her trip to Italy for sister Kourtney Kardashian's wedding with Travis Barker.

The 41-year-old star of Hulu show The Kardashians, has left fans speculating as to whether she's had cosmetic surgery and about her weight loss.

The reality star has been stepping out with boyfriend Pete Davidson for a dinner date on Monday and the pics have led to more questions than they answered.

Fans of Kim have speculated whether she's had a jaw shave or implants after claiming that her jawline and profile has become "stronger" from previous pics of the SKIMS founder.

A Reddit user posted two pics of Kim's profile on the site and wrote: "It looks definitely stronger, I think is the combo of weight loss and some filler."

Another wrote: "She got a jaw shave at minimum. Potentially either implant or collagen but with bone structure (like chins) it's usually implant."

Most commented that it was probably due to the her recent weight loss before attending the Met Gala in a skintight dress that belonged to Marilyn Monroe.

The Kardashians have previously spoken about their changing looks and have said that clever make-up has contributed to them looking different.

Some fans are concerned that Kim doesn't go too far in the pursuit of perfection.

After she shared some more pics from Portofino, in which she wore a figure hugging platinum outfit that accentuated all her curves, fans were full of praise for Kim but some with a pinch of concern.

One procedure Kim has admitted to has been her reversal on a decision to never have Botox again.

Speaking in a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim revealed that she had to turn to it after finding too many "wrinkles".

She said that her dad Rob had told her previously not to follow him into a legal career because she would have "so many f**king wrinkles from the stress of this job".

Kim, who is training to be a lawyer, joked that she would have the solution: "Thank God for Botox.”
