Kim Kardashian gives herself a 'British chav makeover' and leaves fans floored

Kim Kardashian left fans in hysterics this morning thanks to unveiling a shocking new makeover.

The mum-of-four, 42, took to TikTok to show off her new look, as she hopped on the platform's trend of piling on heavy makeup and miming to a song by Blackpool grime star Millie B.

In the short clip, shared to Kim's joint page with eldest child North West, nine - the reality TV star can be seen rocking huge black brows, foundation lips, hot pink blusher, extra-large fake lashes and a messy bun.

Kim got into the spirit of things as she mimed along to the viral song, which includes the lyrics: "If you don’t know me, I’m M to the B, coming in hard, you better watch it Sophie."

"I don’t think i had kim kardashian doing chav makeup on my 2023 bingo card," one Twitter user mused as they shared a snap of the trainee lawyer online this morning.

"Just saw kim kardashian doing chav makeup and with that its time for bed," another added, as Celebrity Big Brother star Perez Hilton wrote: "North West forced her to make this!!! #KimKardashian."

One delighted fan added: "I’m dying at Kim Kardashian’s recent chav make up that she did for a tiktok #KimKardashian."

The 'chav' trend has gone viral on TikTok over recent years, with Gen Z users adopting the makeup trends many British women followed during the 00s.

TikTok users will film their makeup techniques as they mime along to Millie B's track, which she released as a 16-year-old in December 2016 as 'a send' for Sophie Aspin - another figure from the Blackpool grime scene.

'Chav' is an outdated term to describe young people's perceived coarse and brash behaviour and was often used as derogatory dig towards working class people and a way to demonise poor people.

In 2020, Millie discussed her 2016 track going viral and getting a new lease of life on TikTok - admitting it's a bit weird for her.

"There’s a big debate about how it got so big on TikTok," she told Dazed magazine. "The song was big when it was first released in 2016, so was always out there, but it sort of died off for a bit."

She added: It’s a weird one for me, because it’s my least favourite track I made. But it benefitted me and Bella, so I’m not complaining."
