Kim Kardashian seemed to make a subtle dig at relationship "failure" amid her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson's blossoming romance with Emily Ratajkowski.
The Kardashians star, 42, was sharing '40 Things I Wish I’d Known at 40', an excerpt from Robin Sharma’s 'Everyday Hero Manifesto' book.
She pasted the page on her Instagram Story on Wednesday evening, sharing the words "If you risk all for love and it doesn’t work out, there is no failure because all love stories are, in truth, hero tales".
Sharma adds: "And no growth of the heart is a waste. Your choice of relationship partner is one of the main sources of your success (or failure), joy (or misery) and tranquillity (or worry)."
Kim noted she "disagreed" with one of the instructions which tells readers to never "step on a spider" because "all life has huge value".
Sharing the reference to a romance "failure" comes after her ex Pete's whirlwind relationship with Emily – after recently confirming their love life.
The Saturday Night Live comedian, 29, was recently captured on video pulling the model, 31, in for a hug as the pair looked smitten in New York.
Pictures emerged of Pete arriving at Emily's apartment in West Village last night, but as he approached, he sped off after spotting waiting photographers.
Arriving in his Mini Cooper car, Pete attempted to hide his face by ducking down, covering himself up with a hoodie before driving off into the distance – leaving Emily stood in the street.
The entire ordeal was caught on video as Emily looked confused, stood in the middle of the road.
She then hopped into an Uber which drove her to an address in Brooklyn where Pete was waiting for her to arrive – the pair then walk into a building, sharing a hug as they stepped in.
The pictures and video, obtained by TMZ, show the pair smiling at each other as they're clearly pleased to see one and other following the paparazzi ordeal.
Kim and Pete broke up earlier this year and Emily split from her filmmaker husband of four years Sebastian Bear-McClard just months ago.
