Kim Kardashian has expanded her business portfolio by collaborating with Beats by Dre for a new launch.
The tech venture, which is due to be released on Tuesday August 16, is the first to be promoted by Kim, 41, since her split from former Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. The SKIMS founder and her 28-year-old beau had been dating for nine months before it was announced Friday that the couple had decided to "just be friends" going forward.
It is believed their intense work schedules played a major factor in the breakdown of their relationship, with Pete currently in Australia filming his upcoming film 'Wizards!', which is set for release next year, while Kim was in Los Angeles looking after the four children she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
However, despite the break-up, Kim has continued to be proactive with her business ventures by linking up with Beats by Dre. The neutral-hued earbud collection by the fashion and business mogul has seen her create Beats x Kim.
She has decided to go with three skin-coloured tones with her design and the mum-of-four also modelled the product, wearing her own SKIMS scoop neck bodysuit and Utility sports shorts - another brand of hers - in the promotional photos and videos. She wrote on Instagram : "I’m so excited to share Beats Fit Pro by @beatsbydre will be coming soon in 3 signature neutrals, designed by me! Can’t wait for you to try them out on 8/16."
Close friend and actress La La Anthony, who starred in Starz's crime drama Power, replied: "Love the colors" followed by a fire emoji. Kim also shared a snippet of a behind-the-scenes video of her getting her make-up applied ahead of the photoshoot for the advertisement.
This comes after Kim appeared to support her ex-husband Kanye West by wearing matching Yeezy outfits on the day of her split with Pete. She took to her Instagram page to share a series of snaps alongside hers and Kanye's children as they wore Yeezy sunglasses.
The series of images included Kim alongside two of her and Kanye's children wearing futuristic sunglasses and black jumpsuits. Throughout her marriage to Kanye, it was known that Kim tended to wear a lot of Yeezy items as well as attending Yeezy shows front row.
The amount of times Kim wore the brand ended up in her being given shares in the company, meaning she was a part owner along with her ex-husband. Due to this, even following their split in February 2021, Kim didn't cut ties with the brand immediately and still wore items publicly and promoted them on her social media.
