Kim Kardashian 'has had up to £140,000 in plastic surgery', cosmetic surgeon claims

Kim Kardashian, with her famous hourglass figure, has been under question with rumours of multiple plastic surgeries and procedures for years.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's look and style change so often that people can easily tell whether a photo of her is from recent weeks or from years before.

The 41-year-old star has always insisted she is a natural beauty, most recently denying rumours she's had filler in her face in a candid interview with Allure.

"I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips," she told the publication after revealing she 'chilled' on the facial botox recently.

Kim has always denied surgically enhancing her butt, but fans claimed the star has been sporting a 'smaller bum' in recent months.

The reality TV star even famously got an X-ray done on an episode of the E! reality TV show in an attempt to quash the rumours.

"Today I am going to have a butt x-ray to prove to the world it's real," the star said on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians back in 2011.

"This is a really crazy request but my sisters have dared me to get an ass x-ray because of all the rumours it's not real."

US-based plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett doesn't believe that the socialite has never had any procedures and thinks she spent up to £140,000 on them.

"She appears to have had liposuction with fat transfer. At one point, her results were overdone and very exaggerated," he told The Sun.

There have always been rumours that Kim has had Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, which costs up to £41,000.

However, with recent pictures, there is a possibility she had the procedure reversed.

"More recently, she appears to have slimmed down, especially in the buttock area," the doctor added.

Dr Daniel also believes she underwent a nose job to remove the bump in her nose, which could have cost her up to £33,000.

However, the star has always denied the rumours and claimed she simply contours her nose.

"People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before," Kim told Harper's Bazaar in 2012.

Kim, as she previously mentioned, also gets botox on her face.

However, the plastic surgeon believes she also had lasers, peels, and skin tightening done. It would cost her thousands of dollars a month.

Speaking to Allure, Kim said she does "genuinely care about looking good," explaining that she fits in laser treatments late at night - after her four children have gone to bed.

She stated that although she didn't use to be, she's now "at peace with not being perfect." Kim however suggested that it doesn't mean that she doesn't care about her looks.

Further commenting on her attitude in the recent interview, she said: "It's hard to explain because I am at peace, but I would still do anything to look and feel youthful."

Her admission about having botox recently comes more than a decade after she underwent the procedure during an episode of KUWTK in 2010, as previously reported.

She was said to have experienced a reaction after receiving the injection, with the symptoms reportedly including bruising as well as dark patches around both her eyes.

As previously reported, Kim - who was around 29 at the time - is said to have remarked following the procedure: "I'm never doing this again ... at least not until I'm 40!"
