Kim Kardashian has sparked rumours that she's recovering from surgery after she was "covered head to toe" in recent appearances.
The reality star and SKIMS founder has always denied having plastic surgery, and even famously had her derriere x-rayed on TV to prove it was real, but the theories still persist.
One person has pointed out that at her son Saint's seventh birthday party Kim didn't flash the flesh, wearing black cargo pants, a tight, long sleeve black top and shades.
The eagle-eyed fan wrote on reddit: "Is Kim recovering from surgery?
"We haven't seen her since brief glance at DisneyLand and Saints birthday and she was covered up from head to toe.
"She has only posted old pictures on her feed and she wasn't at the Peoples choice award."
They added: "Watch she comes out of hiding sporting a new face, hair or skin color."
Responding to the comment, one user said: "tbh I wouldn’t be surprised if winter is Surgery Season for them," [sic] with another adding: "Easier to cover the garments with sweatpants and hoodies."
One person said: "It is for everyone. It's when all plastic surgeons are most busy. No one wants surgery/to be recovering from it during summer."
Other people, however, doubted whether the mum-of-four had surgery, with one Reddit user saying: "She was in a tik tok with North, and I think someone said they were in Montana over the weekend. [sic]
"Also Jeff Bezos gf posted a recent pic of Kim at her birthday party. Seems like she's around. I'm assuming she's laying low because of the recent backlash.. " [sic]
The 41-year-old star has always insisted she hasn't had surgery, most recently denying rumours she's had filler in her face in a candid interview with Allure.
"I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips," she told the publication after revealing she 'chilled' on the facial Botox recently.
People have also wondered whether Kim has had surgery on her nose, but she says its all down to contouring.
"People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before," Kim told Harper's Bazaar in 2012.
Speaking to Allure, Kim said she does "genuinely care about looking good," explaining that she fits in laser treatments late at night – after her four children have gone to bed.
She stated that although she didn't use to be, she's now "at peace with not being perfect."
Kim however suggested that it doesn't mean that she doesn't care about her looks.
Further commenting on her attitude in the recent interview, she said: "It's hard to explain because I am at peace, but I would still do anything to look and feel youthful."
The star has previously admitted to having Botox, but was said to have experienced a reaction after receiving the injection, and sworn off it.
