Kim Kardashian 's fans were left in hysterics when they found themselves convinced they heard a 'fart' on her latest Instagram post.
The reality TV star was looking to entertain her legion of followers when she posted a video of herself reading her sister Kourtney Kardashian's new book.
The Poosh founder has penned a fairytale story book titled Lemme Sleep to help promote her new sleep-aid gummies containing melatonin and chamomile.
Kim, 42, decided to throw her support behind her sibling by reading the book on her social media stories, however she quickly flipped to the end when she saw herself depicted as "feared but glamorous witch, Kimeficent."
However, the story was the last thing on her followers' minds when they became convinced they heard Kim fart as the video came to a close.
Fans took to Reddit to discuss what they had heard - with many agreeing that it must be a bum rumble that slipped out accidentally.
One wrote: "Omg, did anyone hear a fart at the end?"
A second fan agreed: "She 100% farted at the end."
A third quipped: "I went to her Instagram just to hear the fart, lol."
Another follower joked: "She did talk about a 'gale force wind'..."
In Lemme Sleep Kim's persona is evil witch "Kimeficent," who is hailed as "the feared but glamorous witch from the Forbidden mountain."
Kimeficient seeks revenge after being left out of a family event and casts "a wicked spell" on her younger sister Khloe leaving her cursed to endure "a lifetime of sleeplessness".
But help is at hand when Kourtney and “fairies” Kylie and Kendall break the spell on Khloe by giving her a Lemme Sleep gummie to send her off to the land of nod.
Reading the story to her fans in the video Kim asked: "But where am I?"
She then moved the camera to reveal the artwork of her embodying her role as "the mistress of the dark."
Kim then exclaimed "Well, well, well," before skipping to the end of the book to show a bottle of the Lemme Sleep gummies.
Kourtney's tale ends reading: “As for Kimeficient, all she needed was a Lemme Chill gummy and she let the whole invite fiasco go."
Kim has been busy preparing for her "bigger than ever" Christmas Eve party with a star-studded guestlist planned for the annual bash.
Last week she showed off her awe-inspiring driveway transformation as her tree-lined approach to her home became a sparkling winter wonderland.
The lavish decorations are the latest in her preparations for the Kardashian/Jenner showbiz bash of the year that will be held at her home to welcome in Christmas.
Stars expected to attend include John Legend, Sia and Jennifer Lopez.
