Kim Kardashian fans are claiming the reality TV star looks unrecognisable in a throwback clip of her in The Hills 15 years ago.
The mother-of-four made a cameo in the popular MTV reality series back in 2007, where she is seen hanging out at Heidi Montag's house.
Kim's throwback has been doing the rounds on social media after Spencer Pratt shared it on TikTok.
Spencer, 38, captioned the clip: "Kim K on #thehills #thespills i dont think this scene ever aired tho."
In the brief clip, Kim is seen wearing her black hair down straight as she chats to Heidi about a jellyfish tank.
The SKIMS founder is wearing a short-sleeve white blouse with ruffles and a tight black skirt as she describes the tank as "really cool".
Heidi then asks her: "Are you going to the VMAs?" to which Kim replies: "Yeah I am, and I leave for Vegas in the morning."
Spencer then explains a bit more about the clip and says: "Oh my gosh, how did I just find this bonus scene with Kim K?
"So that was a great little behind-the-scenes, the Spills, of Kim K. You can Google on People magazine, I'm pretty sure her publicist denied that she ever filmed on The Hills, and then, look at that, what I just found, that's great," Spencer claimed.
Fans were quick to comment on the clip, with one person writing: “She looks so different!”
Another person said: “She’s had a lot of work done….and that’s ok. Her choice, but she DOES look different.”
A third claimed: "She looks a lot like Khloe here. You can see it more before all the work was done. She looks great either way. Just different."
A fourth person added: "Her jawline and nose is totally different now. Never realised this before. Still pretty though."
Someone else commented: "Kim K looks like a completely different person!"
Back in 2015, Spencer claimed that Kim had been 'axed ' from The Hills after she filmed scenes which showed her helping Heidi organise her closet.
He told Complex magazine at the time that the scene was "edited out" of the show and never made it to air.
Kim was definitely friends with The Hills cast - which included her then step-brother Brody Jenner - when the show was at the height of its popularity in the late noughties.
