Kim Kardashian claims she could 'rule a country' after watching The Crown

Kim Kardashian claims she would be up to the challenge of ruling a country after watching the entire series of The Crown.

The Netflix historical drama charts the record-breaking reign of Queen Elizabeth II and the reality TV star, 43, says she has “learned so much” from watching the royal in action.

Kardashian shared her ambitions during the latest episode of her Hulu show The Kardashians, which streams on Disney+ in the UK.

Speaking to the camera, the mum-of-four said: "This year has been so good. I'm entering my actress era. I had no clue this was going to happen. I've taken some time off just to really focus on being the best mum I could be.

"I'm not gonna lie: I just watched the whole season of The Crown. I could fully f****** rule a country.

Olivia Colman was one of the actresses who portrayed Queen Elizabeth II in Netflix series The Crown (PA)

"I learned so much!"

The SKIMS founder joined the cast of anthology series American Horror Story earlier this year after showrunner Ryan Murphy got in touch with her, and is set to work with him again on another project where she will take on the role of a high-powered divorce attorney.

“I’m really excited about it,” she enthused. And, again, that confidence that he believes in me to take this project on means so much to me. And it feels so right as a character that I could be a lawyer in real life and play one on TV."

Oscar winner Halle Berry and eight-time Oscar nominee Glenn Close are reportedly also attached to star and executive produce.

Production is slated to start late 2024, with the expectation that the series will drop in early 2025.
