Kim Cattrall, 66, in cosmetic surgery U-turn as she reveals how she stays looking young

Kim Cattrall used to say that she avoided cosmetic surgery and wanted to "embrace ageing".

The Liverpool-born actress, 66, is best known for playing the oldest - and most vivacious - member of the Sex and the City foursome Samantha Jones.

But now she's in her sixties, Kim has had a change of heart and says she's now "all about battling aging", but only with the "right surgeon".

"I probably said that in my forties! I'm in my sixties now and I'm all about battling ageing in every way I can," Cattrall told The Sunday Times.

"There are fillers, Botox, there's so many different things that you can investigate and try and see if it's for you."

But Kim added that it was important to have "the money and, more importantly, the right surgeon."

The actress, who will reprise her role of Samantha Jones in a cameo for And Just Like That, added: "I play a certain kind of woman who looks a certain kind of way. And professionally I am looking after myself."

It comes amid reports Kim "refused to film" with her And Just Like That co-stars amid an alleged feud aftere she was absent from the first season of the And Just Like That spin-off.

In recent days it was revealed that Kim filmed a cameo appearance for the spin-off's new series, as per The Post.

And now it has been revealed that Kim "refused to film" with her former Sex and the City co-stars, with her even said to have refused to step foot on set if one of Sarah Jessica Parker' s pals was present.

Page Six has reported that according to sources, Kim "refused to film with her former co-stars Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis".

The outlet added that a source told of how Kim allegedly refused to set foot on the Queens set if showrunner Michael Patrick King, who is also close to Sarah Jessica Parker, was present.

A source then went on to spill to the publication that Kim would have received a substantial chunk of cash for her cameo in the spin-off series, which shows her "power".

"They still need her on the show," they continued, with them adding that fans might think she'll return again, but urged she would "never do that" due to the way in which she was "poorly treated".

In the scene, which will air in the next season of And Just Like That, Samantha is said to be seen in a car while on the phone with Carrie.

When the two stars shot their characters' interaction, they were not required to interact with each other, according to reports.

Mirror US has reached out to both SJP and Kim's representatives for comment.

This comes as fans of the franchise are reminded of Kim and SJP's alleged feud, which followed the TV series ending in 2004.

When the series came to an end, there had already been reports that Kim, SJP, Kristin and Cynthia didn't get along in real life as well as their on-screen characters did.

And in 2017, a New York Post article claimed that SJP and Cynthia became pals on-set rather quickly, with them including Kristin, but leaving Kim feeling a little isolated.

It also stated that Kim felt even more alone when creator and producer Darren Star left and got replaced by SJP's friend Michael Patrick King.

There is also talk surrounding pay when SJP was given an executive producer title in the second season, which increased her salary.

After the first movie it was then claimed that the pair were no longer on speaking terms, but in separate interviews, they both urged that a feud didn't exist.

Although when Kim appeared on Piers Morgan's Life Stories she said: "We've never been friends - we've been colleagues," and added that SJP could have been kinder and "nicer".
