Kilwinning Rangers have netted a club record fee with defender David Syme joining West of Scotland Premier Division rivals Darvel for £12,000.
The 24-year-old moves to Recreation Park after handing in a transfer request.
Kilwinning confirmed the transfer - and the £12k fee - on their social media pages earlier this afternoon.
The post wished Syme, who came through the ranks at Kilmarnock, all the best for the future and thanked him for his efforts during his four-year spell at the club.
Darvel tweeted news of Syme's signing, commenting: "David will bring an added wealth of experience to our back line."
