Kilauea volcano, located on the Big Island of Hawaii, has once again started erupting, sending lava shooting into the air. This volcano, known as one of the world's most active, has been experiencing eruptions intermittently for nearly two months since it first erupted on December 23. The eruption is occurring at the volcano's summit crater within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, with no immediate threat to residential areas.
The latest eruption began at 8:22 p.m., with fountains of lava reaching heights of 300 to 400 feet (91 to 122 meters) from the volcano's north vent. This marks the 10th episode of eruptive activity since the initial eruption in December, as reported by the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory. Previous episodes have varied in duration from 13 hours to eight days, with breaks in between. The most recent episode, number nine, concluded on the morning of February 12.

Visitors have been drawn to overlook sites within the national park to witness the spectacle of the ongoing eruption. Kilauea volcano is situated approximately 200 miles (320 kilometers) southeast of Honolulu, attracting attention from both locals and tourists alike.
