Kieran Tierney will not join Celtic before the summer, according to reports.
Brendan Rodgers previously confirmed Celtic will sign the Scotland internationalist on a free transfer at the end of the season.
However, hopes to land the left-back this month have been dashed with Arsenal set to keep hold of the 27-year-old until his contract expires.
The Telegraph reports that Arsenal will not allow Tierney to move in a loan or permanent transfer this month.

"Ideally it would (happen in January) but he’s still at this moment an Arsenal player," said Rodgers when confirming a pre-contract deal for Tierney.
"I think everyone is agreed that will definitely take place in the summer. If we can do it beforehand, then great."
He added: "We prepared that for the summer and I don't want to speak too much on it with the greatest of respect because he is not a Celtic player here now.
"If we were able to do it [sign him this month] then of course we would like to do that.
"But that is out of our control at this moment in time."
