Khloe Kardashian's relationship with on-off partner Tristan Thompson has a chequered history of cheating scandals, the first of which explosively came to light days before she gave birth.
NBA basketball player Tristan, 31, was caught cheating on the then-pregnant reality TV star, 37, before she gave birth to their daughter True in 2018.
In the premiere episode of the Kardashian family’s new Hulu series, Khloe details her furious reaction to the CCTV footage which showed the dad-of-three cheating on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star at a hookah lounge with three women.
In the first episode of The Kardashians, the pair are sitting on a sofa talking about their romantic situation after they reconciled during the pandemic.
The athlete says: “It's not like you've ever burned my clothes or slashed my cars,” to which Khloe responds: “I've thrown water on all your clothes.”
As Tristan looks slightly nonplussed, she continues: “When I was nine months pregnant and you cheated on me. If I wasn't pregnant, I would have f***ed you up. I just didn't want to break my nails before delivery.”
Tristan jokes: “Shout out to the nails,” before adding: “Listen, it's 2021. We can't be talking about 2018.
“You know I want to get us back together and hopefully be able to expand our family one day.”
Khloe then told the cameras: “Everyday he tries to show me and prove to me he's a different person, but he and I have been through so much together that I have a lot of reservations. My guards are up.”
Ahead of the new Hulu series, Khloe confirmed the show will address Tristan's most recent paternity scandal, doing so as "respectfully" as possible after he fathered a child with a personal trainer Maralee Nichols.
The pair have long had an on-and-off relationship, as Tristan’s various cheating scandals have come to light.
The couple called it quits after Kylie Jenner ’s best friend Jordyn Woods revealed that she and Tristan kissed at a house party in February 2019.
Khloe and Tristan then reconciled in August 2020, only to then become embroiled in another scandal and split as Maralee Nichols alleged he was the father of her son born in December 2021.
Tristan admitted he is the father of the child after paternity results confirmed it. His child with Nichols is his third, after son Prince who he shares with influencer Jordan Craig and daughter True with Khloe.
Tristan began dating the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star in 2016, just three months before the birth of his son Prince with ex-girlfriend Jordan.
The Kardashians will be available to stream on Hulu and Disney+ from April 14.
