Malika Haqq has seemingly confirmed the name of her close pal Khloé Kardashian 's youngest child on social media following speculation about it over recent months.
Khloé, 38, and her former partner Tristan Thompson, 32, welcomed their son, who is now 10-months-old, in July last year but they have yet to officially announce his name.
There has been speculation about it since his birth though, including it having been claimed earlier this month that the baby was named Tatum Robert Thompson.
The rumoured middle name has been interpreted as a tribute to Khloé's late father Robert Kardashian - who died in 2003 - and to her younger brother Rob Kardashian, 36.
Malika - who has been close pals with Khloé for years - has now fuelled the speculation about it, seemingly confirming the name in response to a post on on Instagram.
She reacted to a post that featured photos of Khloé holding her son. The reality TV star posed in ripped jeans and a white t-shirt that referenced a quote by one of her siblings.
The t-shirt featured a photo of her sister Kim Kardashian, 42, and included a viral quote that she made in an interview last year. It read: "Get your f***ing a** up and work".
Taking to the comments section yesterday, Malika wrote: "Go Tate!" Her remark supports the speculation that Khloé's son is called Tatum, suggesting his nickname is Tate.
Some fans responded to Malika's comment and seemed to feel as though she had confirmed the baby's rumoured name. One person wrote in their reply: "So it is Tatum Robert."
Another commented: "Here it is". Whilst a third person asked: "Is this a name confirmation?!" Another wrote: "Omg she announced it". And a fifth said: "Name drop. Great name btw".
Others however wondered if the post was Malika joking amid the speculation over the name Tatum, which comes ahead of the third season of the Kardashians premiering.
One person wrote: "I feel like she's just being funny. They are probably laughing because people think that's his name". Whilst another said in the comments: "Nice try".
A third person reacted: "This isn't his name." They further speculated in their comment: "[They are] just trying to keep us on suspense since the new season is coming soon".
The Kardashians returns for its third season on Thursday (May 25). Episodes will be released weekly through Hulu in the US and they will be available on DisneyPlus in the UK.
