Khloe Kardashian is said to have found out that Tristan Thompson was having a baby with another woman whilst she was filming a scene for reality show The Kardashians.
She is understood to have received the news that the basketball player, 31, had fathered a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols, 31, while cameras were rolling months ago.
Maralee gave birth to a baby named Theo, who is now five months old, in December last year - with it claimed she'd fallen pregnant by Tristan while he was still dating on-off girlfriend Khloé, 37.
Khloé - who shares daughter True Thompson, four, with the NBA player - is reported to have found out about the paternity drama from her sister Kim Kardashian, 41, on camera.
Danielle King - an executive producer (EP) on the Kardashians - told US Weekly that there had been crew with Khloé to film something else that day when the drama unfolded.
"Well for that particular moment, my crew was there. We were there to film something else early in the morning and the morning that news broke, we legitimately just happened to be there. We have that moment on camera," she said.
Danielle - who's an EP alongside the Kardashian-Jenner family themselves - said that such moments are "genuinely captured" because film crews are "almost always there."
She further stated that the narrative sometimes goes in a "completely different direction," with crew going to film something but then coming away with a surprising scene.
Her comments come after Khloé previously revealed herself that getting a call about Tristan from her sister Kim was the hardest moment of filming the new Hulu reality series.
As reported by USA Today, the mother-of-one described such a scene as "hard," with her mother Kris Jenner, 66, saying that such moments are "shocking" to the wider family.

Although he initially denied being the father of Maralee's child, a paternity test is said to have later proved that Theo was in fact Tristan's son - prompting an apology to Khloé.
He wrote: "You don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years."
The drama has now yet unfolded on the show though, with Metro reporting that a recent episode saw Khloé say they were "in a really good place" following previous issues.
The Mirror approached reps for Khloé and Tristan.
The Kardashians airs on Disney+ in the UK. The next episode is due to be released tomorrow (May 12).
