Khloe Kardashian seems to have undergone a drastic makeover ahead of the current series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The 35-year-old mum of one appears in Thursday's episode with a dramatically different face - sparking speculation she's gone under the knife for another nose job.
Sitting on the sofa with sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, Khloe opens up about feeling broody and the fertility treatment she's having to potentially provide daughter True with a baby brother or sister.
And she shocks her siblings by admitting she's used her ex Tristan Thompson's sperm to create embryos that will be frozen until she decides to have them implanted.
"I've been doing hormone injections for about five days and the injection process has been fine.
"I don't know why, I'm like, oh, OK, it's not that bad," she reveals to the room in a teaser trailer.
Asked how many viable eggs she's already got, Khloe says her doctor can see between 14 to 16 and will freeze the best ones.
"They can tell if one of the eggs is bad somehow, but you can't tell any chromosome abnormalities," she explains.
"Until it has sperm mixed with it?" asks Kourtney.
"Dr Wong was saying, the bonus of doing embryos, you get to see what are your stronger embryos, which are healthy you get to know all that by mixing them with sperm. Which I do have a sperm donor, but..." Khloe trails off.
"You do? Can I see a picture?" Kendall asks.
"It's Tristan!" Khloe dramatically admits.
Her shocked sisters can't stop laughing as Khloe attempts to explain her concerns.
"He has to sign legal paperwork that he would just be my sperm donor. But you never know, what in three years if I get married to someone and I'm like, you know what, I don't want that," she points out.
"But mine are frozen, like I don't have a sperm donor," Kourtney confesses.
"We could find you one at the bank?" Kendall jokes.
Later, Khloe tells the camera: "After my doctor's appointment, I talked to Tristan because if you can create embryos and do all the DNA testing, I do think that's the smarter choice. But it's weird because Tristan and I, we're not together. I don't know which way to go."
Her desire to expand her family comes after she dumped Tristan for cheating on her with sister Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods - although Jordyn maintains it was only a kiss.
Since their split, rumours have swirled that Khloe has turned to plastic surgery to get back her 'revenge body' - with one US gossip site even claiming she's blown $1million on tweaks to her face and body.
This week's KUWTK clip certainly seems to show Khloe's nose looking very different than it used to - and while the reality star has never admitted to getting cosmetic surgery, she has spoken in the past about her insecurities.
She once told Cosmopolitan that her fears about her nose were sparked by her momager Kris Jenner when she was just a child.
"She didn't mean harm, but when I was around nine I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job," Khloe admitted.
"I was shocked; I hadn't even thought about it. I've grown into my face but I've had makeup artists tell me, 'You should get a nose job.' I'm so happy that I never have…"
Even sister Kim Kardashian has had her suspicions, asking Khloe in a 2016 episode of KWUWTK: "Your whole face has changed. Did you do any filler?"
When Khloe laughed off her sister's grilling, Kim persisted.
"You haven't done any Botox? Khloe, your whole face changes when you laugh. It's like, I stare at you."
The only acknowledgement Khloe has made of her changed appearance in recent years was in a makeup tutorial video, when she claimed it was all down to contouring.
"In-person and how cameras reflect and light, everything looks different," she said at the time.
"So sometimes I will contour my nose and in real life, I think I look so good and then in some photos I look crazy!"
