Khloe Kardashian has confessed she didn't actually commit to a new hairstyle, despite what it might look like.
In an unexpected twist, the reality TV star, 38, admits the "new" fringe was actually simply for a photoshoot and isn't a change of look after all.
Khloe took to social media on Tuesday to admit she had just wore a clip-on fringe for the shoot, but really liked the outcome.
Sharing a number of snaps of the dramatic look which was part of her Sorbet magazine photoshoot, Khloe confirmed: "Fun fact: I wore clip on bangs for this shoot."
Continuing her confession to her 287million Instagram followers, she added: "It was fun to give a different look and not be committed. I am surprised with how much I liked the bangs even though they changed the shape of my face."
She then asked her fans: "Would you ever get bangs?"
Her post was met with an influx of support from her famous pals, including Paris Hilton, who simply put an emoji with love heart eyes followed by a string of flame emojis.
Mum Kris Jenner also commented: "I'll have what she's having!!!," while Jacqueline Laurita said: "So cute on you! I’m loving the color too! I’ve done bangs on and off my whole life."
In the pics, the Good American co-founder looked fab in a glimmering gold chain-linked Prada mini skirt along with a cropped white tank top. She complimented the look with a gold arm cuff.
While comments on the post were largely positive, fans had previously raised their concern with her new unrecognisable look when she used the snap to update her display image.
Over on Reddit, some fans commented on the new appearance, with one saying: "She is unrecognizable here."
Another added the star was "tiny," while others queried whether the image had been heavily added. A third said: "It doesn't even look real," and another slammed it saying there was "so much photoshop going on here".
The latest uploads came as Khloe's ex-husband Lamar Odom's television documentary aired stateside on Monday evening.
In it, he discussed his infidelity while he was in a relationship with Khloe and he also opened up on how brazen he was with it all.
