No one can accuse Khloe Kardashian of failing to get her squats in – as she has proudly showed off her pert bottom while working out in her gym.
The 37-year-old reality star enjoyed a workout on Monday – and took to social media to prove she was sweating it out solo in the gym.
She was dressed in a pair of tight grey and flesh coloured leggings and a small sports bra top – with her taught abs on display for all to see.
And then turning for the camera, Khloe showed off her famous buttocks as she stepped and clenched to give fans a good look at her peachy posterior.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Khloe works out five or six times a week and has a preference for early morning HIIT workouts before her young daughter, True – who she shares with love rat ex Tristan Thompson – waked up.
Her personal trainer, Joel Bouraima, aka Coach Joe, told the Poosh lifestyle website all the secrets of the reality star’s workouts.
He explained: “Let me start by saying that no matter what time Khloé and I are working out, she’s always at the gym 30 minutes before to stretch and warm up, that way we really have a full hour of exercising together.
“And yes, even when we start at 6 a.m., she’s in her gym at 5:30 a.m. stretched and ready for me.”
He explained that the star has a professional gym in her home – which means she never has to wait for other people to finish using equipment in order to get her full workout in.
While routines shared by the PT incorporate lunges, push ups, skipping, and plenty of cardio and pilates.
Khloe herself has discussed her love for exercise, telling Life and Style that she couldn’t wait to get back to the gym after giving birth to True back in April 2018.
She told the magazine: “I was so excited because working out for me it is more about mental health. It is not necessarily [about] how I look. Yeah, that is a byproduct. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and I was so stoked.”
She also told People last August: "For me, working out is a huge part of my life and it clears my head.
"It makes me feel strong and accomplished. That little bit of self-care is what I need."
She added: "It's a stress reliever. I get anxiety sometimes. It takes all of that away.
“A by-product of [working out] is you look good. But my main focus isn't about, 'Oh, I need to lose 5 lbs.' I don't care about the scale. I feel energized and I'm ready to chase my daughter [True] around for the day. It gives you that little oomph that I need."
