Khloe Kardashian broke down in tears as she detailed her shock at discovering her on-off ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson had fathered a child with another woman.
The reality star, 38, has opened up about the "difficult time" in her life as she came to terms with yet another betrayal from the 31-year-old basketball player.
In December last year, it emerged Tristan had cheated on Khloe with fitness instructor Maralee Nichols, who became pregnant with his child, while he was also expecting a baby with Khloe via surrogate.
In a new teaser trailer for the second season of The Kardashians, Khloe can be seen sitting down for a confessional with the show's production team.
"There is something that I'm ready to talk about. Tristan and I are having another baby," she revealed.
Despite looking forward to the new arrival, Khloe seemed heartbroken over the drama with Tristan and said: "It's supposed to be a really exciting time and it's just a different experience."
Mum Kris Jenner admitted: "It's hard to watch her in pain."
Good American co-founder Khloe insisted she was still looking forward to life as a mum-of-two and said: "This has been a difficult time in my life, but it's the start of something positive and happy and beautiful."
Khloe and Tristan began dating in 2016, while his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig was pregnant with his now five-year-old son Prince.
The former couple welcomed their daughter True two years later in 2018.
Tristan and Khloe, who split following Tristan's baby scandal, welcomed their second child together via surrogate last month.
Khloe is now a proud mum to a baby boy, but she has yet to post about him online or share any details, including his name.
The Kardashian clan is said to be delighted with the new arrival, with Khloe recently saying she loves everything about being a parent.
"[My kids] challenge me as a person, and being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honour and a gift," she told Elle.
She continued: "We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today’s day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they’re exposed to so young.
"It’s super scary, but I take my job very seriously. I love it so much."
