Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick have been slammed by fans for having an unusually close friendship.
Scott was welcomed into the Kardashian family through his ex-girlfriend Kourtney, Khloe's sister, and is the father to their kids - Penelope, Mason and Reign.
Kourtney has since moved on with new husband Travis Barker and the pair are expecting their first child together. Meanwhile, Scott, who remains connected to the family via Khloe and his kids, has had a few flings with the likes of Sofia Richie and Amelia Hamlin.
Recently, Khloé divided fans with a post about Scott Disick that she's understood to have shared on social media just days ago, following her birthday last week.
The reality TV star, 39, took to Instagram recently to share some of the presents she had received, with the gifts having seemingly included a bouquet of flowers from Scott, 40.
They were the subject of discussion on Reddit after a screenshot of the post was shared, showing the caption: "I love @letthelordbewithyou more than you know."
The caption - which included Scott's handle - was described by some people as "weird," whilst others suggested it shows a "double standard" about members of the family being pals with one of their siblings' exes.
One person wrote: "Like why would you write this about your sister's ex partner." Another said: "Imagine Kourtney posting this about [Khloé's ex-husband] Lamar [Odom]."
Body language and tarot expert Inbaal Honigman shared her thoughts on Khloe and Scott's closeness.
"Khloe is a sensual powerhouse of big emotions and dramatic desires. She's excited about new beginnings and has had her fair share of endings," Inbaal started. "She thrives on change, meaning those endings won't break her, they only motivate her to do better.
"Khloe would rather go full steam ahead, than sit back and miss out. She's not one to ignore an opportunity," she added, before stating: "Scott feels alone, and will reach out to anyone at this point.
"He's sad due to focusing on what he hasn't got, instead of focusing on his blessings, so he needs a good friend, not a lover or a partner."
Inbaal concluded: "Khloe and Scott are close because they have some similar characteristics. Khloe is standing strong and smashing life, so she's in the best position to support and advise Scott. She's his rock, his cheerleader and his sober companion, not his lover."
