Khloe Kardashian is expecting a second child with Tristan Thompson via a surrogate.
The Kardashian's star, 38, and her ex-boyfriend Tristan, 31, already share daughter True, four, together. The pair have had an on-off romance for six years, but split last year when it was revealed that Tristan had fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols.
However, it has now been revealed that the pair are expanding their family via a surrogate, with the child being conceived in November before Khloe discovered Tristan's infidelity.
A representative for Khloe told the Mirror: "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.
"Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
Mirror Online has contacted Tristan's representatives for comment.
Meanwhile, a source told us: "The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December."
It's also understood that Khloe and Tristan are not back together and haven't spoken about anything other than parenting matters for the sake of their daughter True since their split in December.
Reality star Khloe, who recently enjoyed a birthday trip with her family, and basketball player Tristan began dating in 2016 and had been on and off until December last year, when it was revealed Tristan had fathered a child with personal trainer Maralee, 31.
As well as Tristan's children with Khloe and Maralee, he has a third child, Prince, with his ex Jordan Craig.
Dramatic scenes where the Kardashians discovered Tristan's infidelity with Maralee aired on their Hulu series earlier this year. Viewers saw that Kim was the first to uncover reports that Maralee had filed court papers claiming Tristan was the father of her child.
Khloe was seen breaking down in tears as she slammed Tristan for "humiliating" her. However, as she watched the scenes back along with fans Khloe seemed more calm.
Reflecting on the "tough" episode at the time, she tweeted: "We all deserve forgiveness and most of all... LOVE.
"'Life is full of lessons, teachable moments. We should handle them with grace/love. Even if we are hurt by them."
She added: "Take ur moment, cry/scream but remain composed & remember that Love heals & teaches more than anger ever will."
In a second tweet the star admitted: "This was definitely a tough episode but there's so much beauty in watching how close my family is.
"We we'll always stick together and love one another deeply," she wrote followed by a red heart emoji.
Following the split from the stunning star admitted her ex was "not the guy for me" in a candid interview.
In an ABC special, Khloe said of her former lover: "I did feel incredibly safe in the beginning, and I felt really good for a time.
"I remember when he cheated on me right before I gave birth but I was still able to have him in the delivery room.
"Yes, it might have looked strange to the outside world, but when my daughter watches videos of it, those videos of it are going to be as pure and perfect as I was able to make them."
"I still think he's a great guy and a great dad, he's just not the guy for me," she added.
