Liverpool supporters have 'hijacked' a social media conversation between proposed targets Khephren Thuram and Manu Kone urging them both to join the Premier League giants this summer.
After starting up their recruitment drive by snapping-up Argentina playmaker Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton for an undisclosed fee, the Reds want to make further additions in their engine room. Jurgen Klopp and his recruitment team are hoping to sign someone with a younger profile - such as Thuram, Kone or Ryan Gravenberch.
As things stand, those France starlets are on the Liverpool shortlist. However, no concrete offer for either has been made while they compete at the U21 European Championships in Romania and Georgia.
Thuram and Kone helped Les Bleus to a controversial 2-1 victory over first opponents Italy on Thursday night, while that allowed them to showcase their promise to Liverpool supporters watching on TV and social media. In response to that, they have 'told' the two youngsters to pack their bags and join Mac Allister at Anfield.

Uploading images from the Euro opener on to his Instagram profile, Thuram said: "First match, first win." He added two emojis to that caption and it didn't take too long for the transfer demands to flood in.

After shining together in the France engine room, Thuram and Kone exchanged short messages with one another - on the same post - and that prompted even more reaction from Liverpool supporters.
