After three seasons in Nashville, fullback Khari Blasingame’s time with the Tennessee Titans has come to an end. The Titans declined to tender the Vanderbilt product, making him a free agent.
Letting Blasingame walk was expected after he was surpassed on the depth chart by undrafted free agent Tory Carter in 2021. Carter proved to be the better option, as his combination of speed and physicality gave Tennessee flexibility in the run game, something our Tyler Rowland broke down.
On Wednesday, the fullback took to Twitter to say his goodbyes to the Titans:

Originally an undrafted free agent signing of the Minnesota Vikings out of Vanderbilt in 2019, Blasingame latched on with the Titans later that season, playing in the final six regular season games. He also appeared in all three postseason contests Tennessee played in.
The 25-year-old played in 26 games over his final two seasons in Nashville and finishes his tenure there with three carries for six yards, and 10 catches for 97 yards.
