The KFC on Westmoreland Street has been hit with a closure order by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
The premises, with an address at 16 Westmoreland Street, was served the order on May 29 under the European Union (Official Controls in Relation to Food Legislation) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 79 of 2020).
Three other Dublin restaurants faced closure orders last month. Long Thanh, with an address at 14 North Strand Road Dublin 3, was closed on May 22 under the FSAI Act 1998 but reopened on May 26.

The Seascapes Restaurant in St Ita's Hospital on Portrane Road, Portrane was issued a closure order on May 12 under the FSAI Act 1998. The premises reopened on May 15.
New Century with an address at 6 Prospect Road Glasnevin Dublin 9, was issued a closure order on May 2 under the FSAI Act 1998 but reopened on May 8.
Copies of the enforcement orders made during May will be made available on the FSAI website after the first week of June.
