KFC customer furious after claiming she found deep-fried toilet paper in her meal

An angry KFC customer is reportedly locked in compensation negotiations with fast food chain bosses after she tucked into a side order of deep-fried toilet paper.

She uploaded a video the oil-soaked loo roll, covered in the fast food giant's famous batter.

The chicken lover claims she bit in on Monday in Anji, northeast China.

Now she is demanding action after being urged on by horrified food fans having posting the grim footage on social media.

Chinese site Weibo uploaded the video and it quickly went viral and viewers demanded to know how the toilet paper was cooked and bagged up.

The woman, who hasn't been named, says she attempted to eat it before realising what they were.

She made an official complaint to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce who later confirmed it was toilet paper she found inside her meal.

The Mirror has approached KFC for comment.

Store management is currently negotiating with the woman over compensation, it has been claimed in China.

Further investigations into the matter have begun, the report states.

KFC is hugely popular in China and easily outperforms fast food giant McDonald's across the nation.

"This is simply outrageous!" one person replied to the video.

"Was the toilet paper used?!" another disgusted user asked.

Brits have also been finding things they would rather not in their Bargain Buckets in recent months.

Just before Christmas a woman claims she discovered a chicken head encrusted in crunchy batter in her box meal.

The discovery happened in Feltham, west London.

The customers named Gabrielle left a two-star JustEat review.

It read: "I found a fried chicken head in my hot wings meal. Put me off the rest of my meal, urgh."

One user said: "I really wish I could go back in time by 2 minutes when I hadn't seen this."

Another wrote: "What does it take to get one star?"

KFC said on Twitter that they were "baffled" as to how the whole head had snuck in and joked that it was "the most generous two-star review ever".
