Key duo Joe Daniher and Oscar McInerney will bolster Brisbane against Geelong, with the Lions the only member of the AFL's final four to change their team for the preliminary finals.
As expected, Daniher is back after missing the semi-final win over Melbourne for the birth of his first child, while McInerney returns from concussion.
Darcy Fort and Tom Fullarton, who replaced the duo in the semi-final, are the unlucky pair to make way for Friday night's game at the MCG.
Veterans Jarryd Lyons and Mitch Robinson have not earned recalls.
Geelong coach Chris Scott plans to tag Lachie Neale, but at this stage it won't be Mark O'Connor who gets the job.
The Irishman, who was the substitute in the qualifying final win over Collingwood, hasn't been called upon against the Lions, with defender Jake Kolodjashnij cleared to play.
O'Connor replaced Kolodjashnij against the Magpies after the defender was substituted out of that game with a knee injury.
"He's (Kolodjashnij has) just trained and ticked all the boxes the medical staff wanted him to tick," Scott told reporters on Thursday.
Star forwards Jeremy Cameron and Tom Hawkins have both been named after light weeks on the track.
The Cats have also opted to stick with incumbent ruck Rhys Stanley over recruit Jon Ceglar.
"Rhys has had a really good year and unfortunately for Cegs coming in he's had one thing after another," Scott said.
"He's taken his chance, really, when he's come in but all things considered that Rhys is our best option this week."
Collingwood will maintain an unchanged side for Saturday evening's match against Sydney.
Jordan De Goey shrugged off a shoulder knock to star against Fremantle and has lifted his training loads this week, while wunderkid Nick Daicos has been named, despite having treatment on his knee on Thursday.
Midfielder Trent Bianco, who replaced injured vice-captain Taylor Adams last week, retains his spot.
The Swans' only concern was Oliver Florent, but he has proved his fitness after rolling his ankle late in the qualifying final victory over the Demons.
