Bryan Gil played a part in three of Tottenham’s four goals in their win over Crystal Palace and we asked the question straight after the match: Has Bryan Gil shown enough to be worth keeping at Spurs?
The responses are back and the answer is an emphatic ‘yes’.
In what is sure to come as a hammer blow to a raft of clubs eyeing a loan deal for the Spaniard, 75% of Spurs fans responded by saying the club should hang on to the 21-year-old in the window.
And Gil is not the only fringe player who has received the wholehearted backing of the fans.

Djed Spence, who has made just four Premier League appearances since his summer arrival, received the backing of a whopping 89% of respondents in our Keep Or Sell poll.
Pape Matar Sarr is another that has Spurs fans excited for the future, with his performance in the FA Cup win over Portsmouth justifying the faith of the 85% of fans who said the club should keep him past the January window.
Harvey White, too, should continue his development at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with 77% of fans believing Spurs should keep rather than sell him.
In contrast, Tottenham supporters believe it is now the end of the line for three fringe players.
A whopping 88% of fans are of the opinion that Emerson Royal should be shipped out in January, with his performance against League One side Portsmouth failing to convince he is the answer to Spurs’ right wing-back problem.
Davinson Sanchez should also be on his way, according to the results of our poll, with 72% opting to jettison the centre-back in this window.
And, finally, fellow centre-back Japhet Tanganga has also failed to win over the fans, with 67% believing now is the right time to get rid of the 23-year-old once labelled “amazing” by Jose Mourinho.
