Kerry Katona has called on fans to join her as she vowed to lose weight.
The former Atomic Kitten singer has recently returned from a family holiday to Spain. However, she took to Instagram Live to reveal she was unhappy after photos of her in a bikini were circulated online.
She said: "So, I’m sure you’ve seen some pictures of me looking like a big, fat beach whale. But that’s okay people, I don’t mind, because I’m 42 next month and I’ve had five kids.

"But my body just looks dead swollen. I know I have eaten so much crap on this holiday.” Kerry continued: “I saw these pictures of me and I was like, ‘Oh my God is that a whale?
“It’s alright though, it’s all good. I’ve got a big bum, but can you see it’s like my body is swollen.” Kerry has now taken to social media to share a video of her exercising on the treadmill as she vowed to lose weight.
She said: "After seeing pictures of myself in the paper... I am the one who swallowed Pinocchio and his dad. I want all of you to follow me on this journey. I'm going to document everything that I do. I'm going to lose this weight once and for f***ing all. I'm going to lose it.
"I'm not as young as I used to be, it's not as easy to keep it off. I'm just f***ing fat. I love my food, I do but I love my kids more. I want to be around for a long, long time."
Fans took to the comments to support Kerry on her journey.
