Kerry is happily engaged to Ryan Mahoney, 32, and the pair are planning to walk down the aisle later this year.
She sought help from fashion stylist Gok Wan on the show Say Yes To The Dress Lancashire to find the gown of her dreams.
"I’ve actually been married three times and had all these failures. I can’t believe I’m here again; I think I’ve got an addiction," Kerry told Gok at the Ava Rose Hamilton boutique in Colne.
A tearful Kerry admitted to Gok that she feels embarrassed to be on the hunt for a wedding gown yet again.
"I almost feel quite embarrassed about being here right now, a bit like I shouldn’t be allowed to enjoy today," she says, fanning away the tears.
"I’m scared of the fact that I don’t want to have another failed marriage."
Earlier this month Kerry, who has been bankrupt twice, showed followers around her plush £2million home in Cheshire as she spoke proudly about turning her life around.
In a video shared on her YouTube channel Kerry was on the verge of tears as she went to pick up the keys, and told how her former home reminded her of her ex husband George Kay who died in 2019.
The mother-of-five told fans: "I was millionaire and I lost everything. I was doing loads of drugs, bankruptcy and now I'm about to get the keys to my new house.
"It's all very, very overwhelming. I'm also extremely proud of myself that I've got that low in my life and climbed back up to where I am now. I feel a sense of achievement.
"George isn't with us anymore and I shouldn't have been with us anymore but now that chapter has completely gone."
According to reports Kerry, 40, will rent the family home in Alderley Edge for six months.
The star has spoken openly in the past about her past struggles with bankruptcy and addiction and had been on the verge of giving up.
