Kerry Katona reveals she has been living with serious injury for a year

TV star and former Atomic Kitten member Kerry Katona has revealed that she has been living with a very serious injury for a year. She posted a picture of her badly bruised foot to Instagram as she told followers she had a broken her foot, over a year ago.

The star said she is a "bloody grafter" after she continued to work while with a broken foot. She said: "Soooo last year I went over on my foot on the first day of filming a new tv show...but unfortunately I never got it sorted and I've continued to work on it ever since and only last I went to physio and she told me it's broken!!"

"Sometimes it feels ok and then depending on the weight I put on the foot and the angle it really bloody hurts!! But I just want to say it goes to show my work ethic!! Broken foot or not. You cannot say, I'm not a bloody grafter" followed by four laughing face emojis.

Since posting about her broken foot Kerry has also posted a video of her completing a workout with "no f**king filters". In the video, Kerry is dressed in pants and a sports bra and said she felt "extremely vulnerable" posting the video. She said: "I know it's not a pretty sight but it's real!!!... Not gonna lie. I feel extremely vulnerable by posting that video, but I'm also sick of all these bloody filters." Recently Kerry's daughter DJ collapsed in the “most terrifying” incident during a family holiday.

Kerry explained that she first became aware that her daughter was ill when she was brushing her hair. "On the last day, I was blow-drying our DJ’s hair and she collapsed, with her eyes rolling back. It was the most terrifying thing ever," she said.
