She protected her modesty by artfully placing her long flowing curls over her chest and on her lap.
Opting to go full on glam, the mum-of-five wore false eyelashes, pink eyeshadow and a coat of nude lipgloss, as well as a coat of red nail varnish.
Kerry rested her head on one hand and crossed her arm over her body, holding a glass of water across her lap.
She gave her best smile for the snap, flashing her bright white teeth.
In the background is her unmade bed, but it's not clear who was taking the sultry snap.
Kerry had posted it to plug a product and tagged her mate in the #spon post.
Seemingly anticipating that the picture would cause a stir, Kerry turned off the commments.
It comes after she was slammed for plugging comsetic surgery deals to her followers.
She told fans that her recent treatment with Harley Cosmetic London left her with "positive and kind comments", so they've put together an offer specially for Kerry's followers - named the "Katona Package".
Her pluggy post attracted a swarm of angry fans who mocked the singer for posting the ad, especially because it could attract a young audience.
One user in particular slammed the star for being hypocritical about appearance, as she has previously talked about "being yourself".
