Kerry Katona revealed she was feeling 'nervous' as she underwent breast reduction surgery to join the 'itty bitty t*tty' club.
The former Atomic Kitten singer went to her appointment at Pall Mall cosmetics to reduce her boob size from a DDD to a C.
In a video filmed for the clinic's Instagram page, she told the camera: "Today is a big day of my joining the itty bitty t*tty club. I'm very excited. I'm actually a DDD, which is like an E. I'm hoping to go down to a C/D.
"I cannot praise Pall Mall enough they have been amazing with the pre-care and I can only imagine what the aftercare is going to be... Just as amazing. I am nervous, my mouth is dry."
She continued: "I should be used to this by now, I've been sliced and diced that much I should probably give instructions.
"I'm like a flat pack from Ikea - that leg goes there, that t*t goes there."
The page also shared snaps from the steps taken to look after Kerry before the operation.
One picture showed Kerry sitting up in the hospital bed. The caption read: "All ready for some health checks from our lovely nurses."
Another showed her getting her temperature and blood checked.
"And now to see the main man himself, Mr Prasad," one caption stated along with a photo of Kerry posing with the surgeon.
"I'm very nervous but I'm very excited because everyone's been so amazing and so lovely and made me feel better," she explained in another video.
After sharing a few of Pall Mall's clip, Kerry shared a selfie where she explained that she had the op on Friday and is 'recovering very well'.

Back in February, Kerry opened up about the struggles she was having with the size of her boobs.
She had a breast reduction operation last year but she said her boobs 'kept getting bigger'.
Kerry said she felt more uncomfortable in her skin than ever and “cried every day” when she looked in the mirror.
Writing in her column for New magazine, the star said: “I’m going for a check-up to see if everything is as it should be. I actually feel like my boobs have grown bigger!
“I’m still feeling really uncomfortable in my own skin at the moment. No matter how healthy I’m being and how hard I’m training, I just can’t seem to lose weight.”
She added: “It doesn’t even feel like I’m in my own body. I look in the mirror and cry every day.”
