Kerry Katona has gone under the knife for another breast reduction after comparing herself to the 'Honey Monster'.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 41, said she felt like the mascot from the Sugar Puff advertisements and explained how her breasts have been giving her back aches.
Taking to her YouTube channel, Kerry told fans that her 'bad boys' help her rake in the cash on OnlyFans but are 'far too big'.
Kerry said: "Every time I put a jumper on, I feel like, you know the Honey Monster on the Sugar Puff advert? That's what I feel like!
"So I'm getting a reduction today and I'm very, very excited but I'm also really, really nervous."
Kerry was a DD/E cup but had it reduced to a C.
The former Atomic Kitten singer was excited as she took viewers on her boob reduction journey at the clinic.
After changing into the hospital robes, Kerry was filmed sitting up on the bed as the surgeon asked her a couple of questions.
One clip showed one of the staff asking Kerry if she is allergic to anything, to which she answered: "Men."
She was also filmed post-surgery feeling a little bit drowsy as she came to terms with having smaller breasts.
"I've got no boobs left, they've gone!" she said. "Literally got no boobies."
Her breast reduction comes after Kerry vowed to lose weight with the help of her fans.
The star took to Instagram Live to share her plans as she exercised on a treadmill at home.
"After seeing pictures of myself in the paper... I am the one who swallowed Pinocchio and his dad," she joked.

"I want all of you to follow me on this journey. I'm going to document everything that I do. I'm going to lose this weight once and for f***ing all. I'm going to lose it."
She then told followers she's turning 42 soon and added: "I'm not as young as I used to be, it's not as easy to keep it off.
Kerry also shared the video on her Instagram grid.
"Come on people join me! Don’t wanna do it alone!! @mfitofficial @exantediet. the absolute state of me but that’s real people," she captioned the post.
At one point during the video, Kerry told fans: "I'm just f***ing fat. I love my food, I do but I love my kids more. I want to be around for a long, long time."
She said she doesn't want to be skinny, she just wants to be 'fit' and 'healthy'.
