Kerry Katona tried "not to cry" as she prepared to go under the knife.
Taking to Instagram, the 41-year-old explained that she was about to have surgery over something that is "ruining her life". The former Atomic Kitten singer is to have a second breast reduction after not being happy with the results of the first.
Kerry said she is "entitled to treat her body to feel better about herself". Speaking to the camera, she said her back is "in agony".

She said: "I could actually cry because when I put a jumper on I feel like I look like the honey monster. I don't want to have massive boobs, it's so 90s.
"I've had my kids ... this has been going on for a while now, I just want [my implants] out."
Fans were quick to wish Kerry well. Taking to the comments section, Deirdre O'Brien said: "Hope all goes well, Kerry. Good luck".
Natalie Connolly said: "Really happy that you are going to get what you want". Tracy Marie said: "Good for you Kerry, hope all goes well".
Kerry recently joined adult subscription site OnlyFans. The Warrington native is one of the site's highest earners and reportedly makes up to £682,033 a month after signing up for an account at the beginning of lockdown in 2020, according to analysts from SlotsUp.
The mum said her children were able to return to private education and the family was able to move to an "amazing home" thanks to her earnings. Kerry even reportedly purchased a brand new Lamborghini with the cash, which is far from the position she was in during lockdown when she was forced to sell her beloved personal items, including a jukebox, to pay her rent.
