Kerry Katona has revealed a significant weight loss after making some lifestyle changes.
The former Atomic Kitten singer provides regular updates on social media, and is known for being candid and honest with her many followers. Kerry, 42, previously told fans she was starting a new chapter, and wanted to lose some weight.
She said: "Today is the first day of the rest of your life people!! New day, new week, clean slate, fresh beginning!"

The mum-of-five has also shared she has been diagnosed with lipidemia, a condition that causes "swelling and random fatty lumps". But Kerry said she is determined not to let that stop her from getting fit.
She has been sharing workout videos on Instagram, and on Monday Kerry confirmed how much weight she has lost already.
Uploading a video of herself stepping on the scales, she said: "So I started the @francisdiet last Monday weighing 13s 2 and a half!!! And one week later I’m 8lbs lighter!!!!
"Over half a stone in a week! AMAZING and I feel great! BUT this is just the beginning!!! Thank you @carlafishwick for being with me on every step of the way!! Got to keep going!! Who’s with me?????? Xxxxxxx"
Fans were quick to wish Kerry well, though some were concerned. Emma said: "Well done Kerry", and Danielle said: "Amazing, well done girl".
However, Maria said: "That seems like a lot in a week, be careful Kerry." Karen said: "Slowly wins the race", and Charlotte said: "That's great but 8lbs in a week seems like a lot??"
