A determined Kerry Katona has declared "hell no!" as she embarks on a diet and fitness regime after being diagnosed with a health condition. The 42-year-old former Atomic Kitten singer asked "who's with me?" as she fights back.

Mother-of-five Kerry is having an overhaul after being diagnosed with Lipoedema, an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and sometimes arms. The condition, which is more common in women, can be painful and affect daily life according to the NHS.

But Kerry was feeling positive as she shared a video on Instagram of herself working out at home and declared: "Today is the first day of the rest of your life people!! I absolutely love Monday mornings! New day, new week, clean slate, fresh beginning!"
