Kenneth Walker III is looking like an early round draft pick coming out of Michigan State football, showing out in the combine and now at his pro day. Something I noticed immediately at the combine was the prevalence of him being called ‘Kenny’ everywhere I looked.
Apparently, that didn’t escape his notice either, and at his pro day on Wednesday, he set the record straight:
“It’s Kenneth Walker III. They always put Kenny. I don’t even know where that came from.”
Seems pretty disrespectful to call him Kenny. Kind of feels like he is getting lumped in with Kenny Pickett from Pitt. The best running back of 2021 deserves a little more respect and should be called by his full name if that’s what he wants.
