Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been accused of copying Sofia Richie's style after they've been spotted wearing new looks.
The reality TV siblings have changed up their usual style, now incorporating classic, "old money" looks into their outfits and seemingly following in the footsteps of the recently married star.
In the lead up to her wedding in April, Sofia regularly took to TikTok to style her outfits with fans for her upcoming nuptials. She'd include timeless pieces from the likes of Chanel and Tom Ford, displaying her transition into the "old money" style.
The old money aesthetic exudes a quiet luxury with loud designer branding out and classicly understated luxury items in.
Kendall and Kylie, who are known for their skimpy bikinis and skin-baring dresses, have reportedly been trying to make a similar transition into the old money aesthetic.
Kendall's stylist Dani Michelle shared a snap of the 27-year-old wearing a white fit-and-flare Alaïa frock with a ladylike headband and Hermès Kelly bag as she stepped out in Paris.
Fans took to the comments to share their thoughts, with one writing: "Lmaoooo not Kendall trying to jump on the 'old money Sofia Richie aesthetic' all of sudden after posting thirst traps all week lol."
"Everyone wants to be @sofiarichiegrainge now LoL," a second put.
Similarly, Kylie received the same kind of backlash after she showed off her outfits for Paris - which consisted of ankle length, flowy dresses and blazers - on TikTok.
"Inspired by Sophia Richie," one fan wrote.
While another fan on Reddit believed the style wasn't here to stay for Kylie: "I think once Kylie is back home she will be back to her normal style. I don’t think there’s any copying going on. I don’t see this being her new style, if anything, I’d expect Kendall to go this route."
"She definitely seems to be switching up her street style from more masculine and avant garde to soft feminine," a second added.
"Guessing she’s transitioning into more of a fashion role, either as a creative director or something idk don’t really see her wanting to model."
