MLB Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. added another sporting event to his photography resume after he attended Sunday’s Cowboys–Cardinals game.
This wasn’t the first NFL game the retired outfielder has photographed since taking on the side gig in 2015. Earlier this summer, Griffey was on the sidelines capturing photos of Lionel Messi playing for Inter Miami.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s X, formerly known as Twitter, account posted multiple photos Griffey took during Sunday’s Cardinals 28–16 win over the Cowboys.
Take a look at some of the shots Griffey got of Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott, Dallas receiver CeeDee Lamb and Arizona’s Zach Ertz. There’s a whole thread of some of his best photos from the game.
Ken Griffey Jr. is one of the greatest baseball players of all-time.

But this past weekend his focus was on football, where his passion for photography led him to shooting these photos of the @AZCardinals-@dallascowboys game. 🧵 pic.twitter.com/w7wnUaAVXe

Fox Sports stated that Griffey’s photographer is a part-time profession, not just a hobby. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see the MLB star on the sidelines with his camera a couple more times this NFL season.
