Kelvin Harmon | WR | North Carolina State
Height | 6-3
Weight | 214
Class | Junior
A three-year starter at North Carolina State, Harmon proved to be one of the best ACC wide receivers. He finished his collegiate career with 2,665 receiving yards, posting back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving season.
Harmon isn’t the fastest or most explosive wideout, but he is a great-sized athlete and detailed route runner with little wasted movements to create spacing at the stem and grab the ball from the air over defensive backs. His size and physicality is also illustrated as a blocker where he has a knack for moving opponents down the field with his strong hands.
Although he will need time to adapt to an NFL playbook, he projects as an ideal No. 2 wide receiver at the next level right away due to his size, savvy footwork, play strength, body control, and ball skills to be a reliable possession target. Within a few years, Harmon can be a true No. 1 wideout and be a big playmaker and red-zone threat.
