Kelsey Parker has spoken candidly about how her life has changed three years on since the death of her husband Tom Parker as she prepares to welcome a child with a new partner.
The Mum’s the Word podcast host, 34, was married to the musican for four years and shared two children - daughter Aurelia and son Bodhi, with him. She was left devastated when he died in 2022 after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
She has now credited new partner Will Lindsay for bringing happiness back into her life and in their first joint TV interview, admitted she believes that her late husband sent him to her following their random meeting on a night out last year.
Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine on Monday, Parker said: “I do think Tom sent you to me.

“I’m always going to have guilt but what’s so hard is that Tom’s not here anymore so what do people want me to do? Our house was full of so much sadness but now it’s full of happiness, the kids deserve that more than anything.”
“It’s been three years, this is Tom’s three year anniversary of his death and it’s almost like people want me to feel guilty for moving on.”
During the segment, which was filmed as part of Lorraine Kelly’s March4March campaign encouraging people to go out walking to drive awareness of mental health issues, Parker also spoke about trolls who have criticised her for moving on and becoming pregnant,
“It’s been three years, this is Tom’s three year anniversary of his death and it’s almost like people want me to feel guilty for moving on.

“Does it stress you out that I get upset about trolls and people commenting on our relationship?” she asked tree surgeon Lindsay.
“Not really, I just tell you not to look at them don’t I. There’s bound to be some people sending nice messages but block out the haters,” he responded.
She also revealed that her two children “absolutely love” Lindsay, but the only thing that they are at odds about is the gender of their unborn sibling.
“Aurelia wants a girl and Bodhi wants a boy,” she explained.
To which Lindsay joked: “Well one of them is going to be disappointed aren’t they.”
