The final whistle at Wembley was met with scenes of celebration and jubilation both under the iconic arch as well as back in Nottingham. Those celebrations have continued into the new week.

A celebration event has been held at the Old Market square with thousands of fans in attendance to share the celebrations with the squad before preparations for the new campaign get underway.

Players made their way out onto the balcony to celebrate with the huge crowd below, with members of the squad addressing the crowd . On loan striker Keinan Davis was obviously enjoying the celebrations.

A video from the balcony from commentator Darren Fletcher shows the Villa loanee first taking his shirt off to throw into the crowd below. The forward then proceeds to take both shoes off and throw them to fans, leaving him in just his trousers while dancing along to the music with fans.

Davis also appears to go to remove his trousers before being persuaded against it by teammates including Jack Colback. The striker instead settles for continuing his celebrations with the fans below.
