Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan on Saturday said India “is progressing in all spheres.
Mr. Harichandan was speaking after inaugurating the two-day Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav being organised on the Arts College campus here in the presence of Union Minister of Culture and Tourism G. Kishan Reddy. The Ministry is conducting the event.
Mr. Harichandan appealed to the people to keep the spirit of freedom movement alive and draw inspiration from it.
‘Unique cuisine’
Stating that the cuisine diversity of the Godavari region was unique, the Governor said, “I have not come to Rajamahendravaram only to inaugurate the Mahotsav. The Godavari region’s cuisine and delicacies are prime attractions.”
Tourism Minister Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, BC Welfare Minister Ch. Venu Gopala Krishna, and MP Margani Bharat were among others present.
