Kaye Adams was a "little bit sad" on today's Loose Women as she and the rest of the panel paid tribute to their co-star who was leaving after 15 years.
Scots host Kaye was joined by Judi Love, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore as they took a minute at the end of Friday's programme to say a thanks to their colleague, the show's deputy editor, Tom.
Having worked across ITV for 14 years, with more than half of it on Loose Women, it was an emotional segment for the stars as they said bye to their "wonderful friend" who is moving to Australia.
Speaking on the ITV show, Kaye said: "Listen that's it from us for today. I hope you've had fun with us today, but it's a little bit sad for us as our dear friend and deputy editor of the show Tom is going off to a wonderful new life Down Under. We're hoping he's going to be a boomerang and come back to us, we will miss him so so much. He is a wonderful colleague and an even more wonderful friend."
Nadia added: "We will really miss him and we'll miss Mr and Mrs Sage too," before Jane added: "He's been in this building for 15 years and it's going to be weird without him, but Tom we love you."
Kaye joked they had tried to get Tom to come on the show, but he wouldn't
"We did try and get him to sit in the audience, but he wasn't going to do it, but don't worry Tom, we're going to be with you in a few moments. Pop the champagne," she added as the show ended and the adverts began to roll.
In February, the Loose Women panel ended one of their shows on a bittersweet note as they said an emotional goodbye to their co-star today was departing after 20 years on-set.
Nadia Sawalha, Kaye Adams, Carol McGiffin and Jane Moore all passed the camera over to Ruth Langsford, who was sat next to Donna May Clitheroe, who was departing the programme after two decades working on the ITV show as head of make-up.
